2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4.1 Tafani LLC sells and provides the following through this website:

- Coway water purifiers (outright purchase and rental plans with installation)

- Coway air purifiers (outright purchase)

- Air purifier filters and pre-filters

4.2 We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries

4.3  User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

3. ELIGIBILITY​

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age

- You are located within the United Arab Emirates

- The delivery address is within the UAE

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

4.1 All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed upon Tafani LLC issuing a written order confirmation by email.

4.2 Tafani LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment failure, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 For rental and subscription plans, a separate Rental Agreement will be provided and must be agreed upon prior to delivery and installation.

4.4 Electronic contracts formed through this website are legally valid and binding under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.

5. PRICING AND VAT

5.1 All prices displayed on this website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5%, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.

5.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed in your order confirmation will apply to your purchase.

5.4 Promotional prices are valid only for the stated promotional period.

5.5 The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

6. PAYMENT

6.1 We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online bank transfer, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

6.2 All payments are processed securely via our approved payment gateway. Tafani LLC does not store your card details.

6.3 For rental plans, recurring payments will be charged automatically on the billing date agreed in your Rental Agreement.

6.4 A detailed digital invoice will be issued by Tafani LLC for every transaction, as required under Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023.

6.5 Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

6.6 Once the payment is made, the confirmation email will be sent to the customers via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

8. RENTAL AND SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

8.1 Rental plans are subject to a separate Rental Agreement which outlines the minimum contract period, monthly fees, included maintenance visits, and early termination conditions.

8.2 Tafani LLC retains full ownership of all rented units throughout the rental period.

8.3 The customer is responsible for reasonable care of the rented unit. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

8.4 At the end of the rental period, the unit must be returned in good working condition or may result in additional charges.

9. WARRANTY

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details on product coverage, exclusions, and how to make a claim.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Tafani LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.

10.2 Tafani LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use its products.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

11.2 Any dispute will first be addressed through our internal complaints process. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the relevant UAE consumer protection authority or the competent courts of Dubai.

11.3 You may also contact the UAE Ministry of Economy or Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) Consumer Protection team.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Tafani LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this website with an updated date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
