SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This policy covers all deliveries and installations for orders placed through the Coway UAE website, fulfilled by Tafani LLC. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

1. DELIVERY COVERAGE



We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Deliveries to remote or restricted areas may require additional lead time and we will contact you if this applies to your order.


2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES



Delivery within Dubai: 2 to 4 business days

Delivery to other Emirates: 3 to 6 business days

Water purifiers (with installation): scheduled appointment within 3 to 7 business days


These are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. You will be notified if there are any delays.

3. WATER PURIFIER DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION



Water purifier orders include a free installation visit by a Tafani LLC-certified technician at your location.

- Our team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days of your order to schedule a convenient appointment

- Please ensure a responsible adult aged 18 or above is present during the visit

- Please ensure that access to the relevant water inlet point is available at the installation location

- After installation, the technician will demonstrate how to use the unit and conduct a quality check before leaving

4. AIR PURIFIER DELIVERY



Air purifiers are delivered to your address by a logistics partner.


- A signature is required upon delivery

- If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery will be attempted or you will be contacted to arrange an alternative time

5. SHIPPING CHARGES



Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment. Free delivery thresholds and any promotional offers will be stated on the relevant product or promotional page.

6. RISK OF LOSS



Risk of loss and ownership of purchased products transfers to you upon delivery and receipt. For rental units, Tafani LLC retains ownership of the unit at all times throughout the rental period.

7. FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES



- If a delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse

- You will be contacted to reschedule; additional delivery charges may apply for repeat attempts

- Orders not rescheduled within 7 calendar days may be cancelled and refunded


8. PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT



If your product arrives with visible damage:


- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

- Take photographs immediately upon opening

- Contact us at info@tafani.ae within 48 hours of delivery

- Tafani LLC will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
