RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Tafani LLC is committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Modern Technology-Based Trade.

1. PRODUCT RETURN ELIGIBILITY



The following return windows apply from the date of delivery or installation:


- Water purifiers (purchased): eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging

- Air purifiers (purchased): eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging

- Filters and pre-filters: eligible for return within 7 days only if sealed and unopened

- Rental plan units: governed by your Rental Agreement — see Section 5 below


2. CONDITIONS FOR A VALID RETURN



To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:


- The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery or installation

- The product is unused and in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice from Tafani LLC) is provided

- The product has not been installed, modified, or tampered with

- The product has no physical damage caused by the customer

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS



The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:


- Opened or used filters and pre-filters (for hygiene and safety reasons)

- Products that have been installed and used

- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external causes

- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN



Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.


Step 2 — We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether it is approved.


Step 3 — For approved returns, the product must be brought to or arranged for delivery to our Dubai office. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


Step 4 — Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

5. RENTAL PLAN CANCELLATIONS



5.1 Rental plans are subject to the minimum contract period stated in your Rental Agreement.


5.2 Cancellation before the end of the minimum period will incur an early termination fee as specified in your Rental Agreement.


5.3 Upon cancellation, the rental unit must be returned in good working condition. Tafani LLC will schedule a technician collection visit at your location.


5.4 Any outstanding payments or damage charges must be settled before the account is closed.

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS



If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered:


- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence

- Tafani LLC will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you

- This is in addition to your rights under our Warranty Policy

7. REFUND METHOD AND TIMELINES



- Approved product return: 7 to 14 business days after inspection

- Defective or incorrect item: 3 to 5 business days after confirmation

- Cancelled order before dispatch: 7 to 14 business days

- Rental plan overpayment: 7 to 14 business days


Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Cash refunds are not available for card transactions.
